These are not testimonies. No names, no quotes — what happened in the Rite belongs to the men it happened to, and this house doesn’t spend a man’s private ground as marketing. These are portraits: true to what the Rite does, written so a man can find himself in one.

The man who is done hiding
He walks in already telling the truth — the dark thing first, before anyone asks — because he has learned how empty it is to be chosen for a version of himself that isn’t real. The Rite doesn’t teach him honesty. It gives his honesty a house, and men who don’t flinch when he brings the mess into the light.
II
The man who carries the heat
Intense, serving everyone, fixing everyone, certain he can handle and carry it all — until carrying it is the whole identity. In the Rite he is made to sit down and let himself be served, and the fire doesn’t go out. It goes clean. He learns the line that remakes his whole house: truth doesn’t need volume.

The man behind the joke
Steady, humble, self-deprecating — and the humor is armor over real weight he has never set down. The Rite presses gently past the joke. He takes hard correction without a flinch, goes quiet, and comes back heavier — the kind of steady that never needs a spotlight.

He doesn’t think much of himself — not much of a speaker, not the one you’d pick. Then he stumbles in front of the room and does what most men can’t: tries again immediately, without the shame spiral. The Rite names that for what it is — the healthiest rhythm in the house — and starts handing him real weight.

Articulate, exemplary, the one a watching room applauds — and underneath, a father who never chose him, and a hunger for affirmation no stage has ever fed. The Rite takes him off the platform on purpose. It honors only what he does when nobody is watching, until his worth no longer needs the room’s applause to stand.

The man honor sobers
He prepares for everything, does the work, and when the room honors him it doesn’t inflate him — it breaks him open and shows him his own weakness. His surrender is the cleanest in the house. The Rite hands him harder ground, including the one conversation at home he has been walking around.

Always first to volunteer, easy to overlook, passed over without resentment — while his mind loops on old ground at two in the morning. The Rite slows him down and lets him not go first for once. And it honors, out loud, the thing he never thought counted: the holding, the showing up.

The youngest man in the room
Hungry, articulate, a step ahead and making sure you know it. The arrogance isn’t rot — it’s youth that nobody ever named to his face. The Rite names it plainly, without shame, and gives him something better to prove than speed: rhythm. Consistency over being ahead. He’s teachable, and it shows.

Raylan is the founder and sole owner of Sovereign Savage Syndicate, LLC — and the first man this house worked on. He walked this road before asking any other man to walk it: the honesty first, the rhythm, the Word met personally, the slow reshaping the rest of this page describes. Nothing here is theory he read somewhere; it is ground he has stood on. He leads Chasing Alignment live at 6:15 AM — Mondays open to every man, Monday through Thursday for the men going deeper — early on purpose, before the week gets a vote. He built this house for one reason, and it is the reason a man can trust it: so that no man who wants this road has to walk it alone.
It’s not just the Syndicate. The one road runs through the four grounds every man carries — fitness, faith, family, finances — and none of them is a separate product.

The body as stewardship
The body is not a vanity project. It is stewardship — the one vessel a man is given for the whole assignment, and this house treats it that way: strength, discipline, repetition, the same honest rhythm the rest of the road runs on. The strength work in the house runs with Wesley — a firefighter, entrepreneur, and coach who has carried the discipline of the body for years and brings a depth most trainers never touch. No shortcuts sold, no shame used as fuel — the long work, applied to the body.

Faith
The Word, met — not studied
Led by Raylan. The Word in this house is met personally and experientially — never as a Bible study. A man doesn’t sit outside the text with a notebook; he walks into it, and it reads him back. Sacred Scripture keeps the Word close through the week, and Chasing Alignment sets Monday under authority before the week gets a vote. This is the ground the whole house stands on: built on the Rock, ending at Christ as Lord.

A man’s family is his first congregation — the room where his formation is tested before any other room gets a say. The rhythm forged in this house is not built for the house; it reaches home. The table, the marriage, the children, the ordinary hours: we don’t escape somewhere, and home is where that shows first. A father under authority changes a household faster than a lecture ever will.

Finances
Provision serving formation
Money is not the mission here — and it is not ignored, either. The business side of this house exists to support the man: his work, his business, and the rhythm of his life, so that provision serves formation instead of strangling it. Revenue is never confused with mission, and activity is never confused with execution. A man’s money comes under the same honesty as everything else he carries.
Like everything in this house, it begins at the Threshold.

Yes — the whole Threshold walk is free, and there is no pitch waiting at the end. Here are the steps: you enter the Threshold, you talk with Clean Fire, you walk through the Three Doors, then you experience The First Selection Experience — and the house stamps that you crossed. The walk costs you nothing but honesty.
What is Chasing Alignment?
Chasing Alignment is the house’s live morning call at 6:15 AM ET, led by Raylan — early on purpose, before the week gets a vote. Monday is for every man; Monday through Thursday is for the men going deeper across fitness, faith, family, and finances. Doors open at 6:00 AM, and it truly begins at 6:15.
Is this a Bible study?
No. The Word in this house is met personally and experientially — a man walks into Scripture until it starts reading him back, and what it finds there is dealt with honestly. If you are looking for a workbook and a lecture, this is not that.
Who is this for?
For the man who wants the truth about his own life and is done negotiating with what is killing him. Fathers, husbands, single men, young men — the road runs through the four grounds every man carries: fitness, faith, family, finances. The house is Christ-centered and says so up front; the road ends at Christ as Lord.
What does it cost?
The Threshold is free — the whole walk. The Selection is $200, paid once (normally $500), and membership in the house is $150 a month. There is no payment button on this page; everything is decided and done inside the house, after the free walk.
Do I have to join the group calls?
No. The man who walks the road inside the app alone, at his own pace, without a single group call, is fully of the Syndicate — no man here is more of a member than another. The calls are there when you want a room; they are never a requirement.
